With weight training and cable resistance facilities, space for cardio circuits and HIIT sessions, boxing and MMA equipment, cardio machines and more, this intimate private exercise studio is the perfect environment to start your fitness journey. Equipped with CCTV and first aid equipment, you can feel confident you are safe to push yourself to the limits in your own, private surroundings.
